VANESSA B. SCROGGINS-WILLIAMS, 51, of Fort Wayne, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2007. She was born on Jan. 28, 1956, in Marion, Ind. She was a Manager in the Circulation Depart-ment at Fort Way-ne Newspapers for several years and was a Mary Kay consultant. She was a longtime volunteer at Weisser Park Youth Center-SBA Academy . Surviving are her loving longtime companion, Andrew Paul Lee Sr.; son, Austin M. Scroggins of Fort Wayne; daughter, Zakiya (Tybrus) Scroggins-Nelson of Fort Wayne; one brother, Cheif Gadalyahu Ben-Shimean of San Diego, Calif.; four sisters, Lynette (John) Soil, Lawana E. Cooper and Maria K. Scroggins, all of Fort Wayne and Kitty V. Scroggins of Indianapolis; four grandchildren; special nieces, Camisha, of Atlanta, Ga., Kristina Harrington and Trinity Scroggins of Fort Wayne; and special nephews, Staff Sergeant Dalmida Cooper of Seattle, Wash., Quantez Scroggins of Wash., D.C. , Nichoulas Scroggins Sr. and Harold Harrington, both of Fort Wayne. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Monday at Greater Progressive Church, with visitation one hour prior. Arrangements by Carmichael Funeral Service.
