MARTIN ROLLEFSON
Martin Rollefson, 80, of Rt. 2, Cato, died Thursday afternoon at the farm home
an hour after he had suffered a coronary attack.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville,
the Rev. Sherwood Roach officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mr. Rollefson was born May 26, 1876, in Larv__, Norway, and when 19 years old
came to this country. He lived in Manitowoc County for a year and a half before
moving to Chicago where he was employed as an operating engineer. In 1905 he
married the former Alice Anderson in Michigan and they made their home in Chicago
until 1940 when the family moved to Valders. In 1941 they moved again to a farm
near Kellnersville where they have resided since. Mr. and Mrs…

Survivors include his wife and one son, Doughas, at home. A daughter died 32
years ago.
