TIMOTHY ROCKE
Timothy M. Rocke, age 37, of 88 W. Albert Dr., Manitowoc, died Sunday evening,
August 22, 1999, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 26, 1999, at the
Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Rev. Roman
Zbieranski, O.F.M., with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born April 15, 1962, son of Leonard and Collette Early Rocke. Timothy
served in the United States Air Force as a jet mechanic for 12 years with the
rank of Master Sergeant E-5. He then was a graduate of the University of Harley
Davidson, in Phoenix, Ariz., in 1993. He was currently employed with Hansen
Motorcycles Inc., Manitowoc, as a motorcycle mechanic.
Survivors include his parents, Leonard and Collette Rocke, Antigo; one brother
and sister-in-law, Russell and Sue Rocke, Rhinelander; one sister, Colleen Rocke,
and her fiancé, Bob LaBorde, Seymour; his finacee, Isolde Jonas, Manitowoc; and
his son, Matias Jonas, at home. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends. Timothy was preceded in death by a son,
Markus Leonard, in 1987; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc,
from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 1999, and Thursday afternoon from 12 noon until
the time of service at 1:30 p.m.
The family would like to thank all the people at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center
and the associated organizations who tried to help in our time of need.
Tim was loved and respected by his friends and family. He was a beloved son, father,
husband, brother, friend and avid Packer Fan. His generosity and loving nature will
be missed by all, especially his fiancee and son. Tim will also be missed by his
dog, Melke.
