Funeral Held for Albert P. Rhodes
Funeral services for Albert P. Rhodes were conducted by the Rev. H. R. Bryan, pastor of the Assemble of God Church, in Wickenburg Chapel Sunday afternoon. Burial following in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
Mr. Rhodes, who had been ill for several years, died in his home at 262 North Adams Street at 6:30 p. m. last Friday.
Mr. Rhodes was born in Burleson, Tex., January 19, 1888. He and Mrs. Mary L. Rhodes were married November 22, 1923, in Henrietta, Tex. They came to Wickenburg 20 years ago and Mr. Rhodes was for many years employed by the government as a predatory animal control officer.
In addition to the widow, survivors are four children: Troy Rhodes of Warrensburg, Mo., Don Rhodes of Santa Monica, Calif., Mrs. Ruth Browning of Tempe, and Mrs. Ruby Atkins of Wichita Falls, Tex. There are three children.
Pallbearer were George Hershkowitz, Junior Hershkowitz, Mack Dowdy, Jr., Larry Fields, Bill Carter and Lyle Jameson.
