Reichert, Theodor – 1916
Last week Wednesday at his home in Collins, Mr. Theodor Reichert, the son of Jacob Reichert from here, died at age 33 years from kidney disease that he had suffered for a long time. The deceased was born and raised in Town Schleswig and later came to Kiel with his parents, and worked for a long time as a clerk in the Heins’ Store. For about the past 8 years he has owned a good store business in Collins. He is survived by his wife, Meta Hanke from Brillion whom he married in 1910, also his father, one sister and three brothers. The burial took place on Saturday afternoon in Collins.

Last week Wednesday, Mr. Theodore Reichert died in his home in Collins at the age of 33 years. He was the son of Mr. Jacob Reichert. The cause of death was kidney disease, which he had suffered with for a long time. The deceased was born and raised in the Town of Schleswig and later he moved to Kiel with his parents and worked as a clerk in the Hein's Store. For approximately eight years, with good results, he has managed a store in Collins. He leaves behind his wife, who was born Meta Hanke from Brillion whom he married in 1910, his father, one sister and three brothers. The burial was Saturday afternoon in Collins.
(note: Most of the graves in the cemetery at Collins have been opened and the caskets moved. I believe this is the place he was moved to. )
