ELKHORN-Henry F. Recknagel, 73, Rte. 1, Troy Center, died Sunday in Madison General Hospital after a short illness. The son of August and Eleanor Buchau Recknagel, he was born April 2, 1888, in Lafayette Township. He married Mabel Gossett, June 7, 1924, at Elkhorn. He was a retired farmer and a member of First Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife; a son, Kenneth, of Harrington Park, N. Y.; a daughter, Mrs. Alfred Klosmos, Chanute Air Force Base, Ill.; three grandchildren; a brother, Emil, of East Troy, and a sister, Mrs. Ernest Westphal, East Troy. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Rev. Herbert Lau officiating. Burial will be in Hazel Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the Reed and Wolf Funeral Home from 7-9 tonight and at the church after 1 p.m. Tuesday,
