Raymond Rabe, 62, of 5? Fremont St., Kiel, died unexpectiedly at his home early Sunday morning. Death was attributed to a heart attack.
He was born on Dec. 13, 1902, in the town of Eaton (Manitowoc County) a son of Otto and the late Emma Rabe. He attended district school and on Nov. 25, 1933, was married to Viola Roethel of the Town of Schleswig.
The couple lived a Millhome until moving to Kiel five years ago.Mr. Rabe, a Kohler Co. employe, was a member of The Redmen Lodge, Kiel, and the 24-Hour Club of the lodge.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel. The Rev. Vernon E. Jaberg, pastor of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, will officiate and burial will be in the Schleswig Cemetery, at Rockville. - February 1965
