Mr. Ondracek was born Nov. 9, 1928 in Rogers, Neb. He had lived in Arizona for the past four years.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Ondracek of Wickenburg; son and daughter-in-law Tony and Tina Ondracek of El Centro, Calif.; sisters, Libby Sydow of Missouri, Vlasta Henrey of Nebraska, Barbara Best of Nebraska and Marcella Pojar of Nebraska; brother, Jerry Ondracek of Missouri; grandchildren Nicole and Samantha Ondracek of El Centro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Frey Funeral Home. Services will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home, with burial in the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery.
