2LT OLSON, ROBERT S. From Minnesota. KIA 24-7-1944 as pilot of F-6B / #43-6158 / MACR 7472. Took off from Le Molay, France, on a visual photo recce to the Lessay and Coutances area, France. Attacked by twelve P-47's and thus regrettably killed by 'friendly fire'.
