PROBATE NOTICE
County Court m the County of Dane — in probate in the matter of the estate of Joseph A Nye, deceased.
On reading and hearing the petition of Philip Kester of the Town of Verona, Dane County, Wisconsin representing among other things that Joseph. A Nye late of Verona aforesaid in May A D 1848 at his residence died intestate leaving goods chattels and real estate within this county, and that he the said petitioner has since the death of the said deceased Nye lied his widow and praying that administration of the said estate be to him granted it is ordered that the said petition be heard before the Judge of this Court on the first Monday of March A D 1855, at 10 o clock A M at his office in the village of Madison and it is further ordered that notice thereof be given to all persons interested by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks prior to said day in the weekly Argus and Democrat a newspaper printed at Madison in said county.
