"Mr. Nuckolls died Monday at BJC Hospital in Commerce. He was a business and civic leader in both Toccoa and Gainesville, where he lived previously.
Mr. Nuckolls owned and operated Nalley and Nuckolls, Inc. a farm dealership in Gainesville, and Nuckolls Chevrolet, Inc. in Toccoa.
He served on the Stephens County Tax Equalization Board, Gainesville Board of Education, and the board of directors of the Gainesville Boys Club, which he helped organize. He also was a past president of the Toccoa Kiwanis Club and served as state lieutenant governor of the Kiwanis Club."
