Dr. Chester R. Nuckolls, 68, a Cleveland physican and urologist, died of a heart attack yesterday in Marymount Hospital. Dr Nuckolls who maintained offices in the Osborn Medical Building, 1020 Huron Rd SE was on the staffs of Grace, St Alexis, St John and Marymount hospitals and Lutheran Medical Center.
He served in the Navy in WWII and at Bethesda Naval Hospital during the Korean War.
He was born in Hillsville Va, was graduated from the medical school of the Univ of Virginia, a member of the Academy of Medicine of Cleveland, American and Ohio State medical associations, the International College of Surgeons, the American Board of Urology and the American Urological Association.
His wife, Gertrude survives.
