Nuchols, Geralene Baker age 63 of Powell passed away at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday July 9, 2003 at her home after a long courageous battle with cancer. Gerrie was a member of Full Gospel Christian Fellowship Church in Maryville. She was preceded in death by her son, Rick Easterday; grandson, Brian Easterday; mother, Edith M. Baker; brother, Ray Baker. Survivors: sons, Scott Easterday of Powell, Todd Easterday and wife Ida of Maryville, Bobby Nuchols and wife Angel of Powell; granddaughter, Charity Faith Nuchols; father, Roy Baker of Knoxville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Shelba and Wayne Long of Knoxville, Ganell and Junior Morelock of Knoxville, Linda and Ken Johnson of Concord, Arnetta and Charles Boldin of Knoxville, Gail White of Gaston, SC; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne Baker and friend Jean Dills of Knoxville, Fred and Connie Baker of Knoxville, Allen and Joann Baker of Sweetwater; several nieces and nephews; care giver, Carolyn. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. with Rev. Gerald Lawson and Minister Bonnie Murray officiating. Interment will follow in Byrds Chapel Cemetery. Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel is serving the family of Geralene Baker Nuchols.
