| Birth: | Aug. 25, 1859 | | Death: | May 31, 1915 |  Ira Moore, a prosperous farmer who resided two miles north of Clark’s Hill, died at 12:30 o’clock yesterday afternoon at his home from a complication of diseases. He had been ill for over a month, Mr. Moore was born near Clark’s Hill fifty-four years ago, and all of his long and useful life was spent in that vicinity. He was widely acquainted and revered by all who knew him as a good citizen and honest gentleman. He is survived by a widow, his aged father, James Moore, of Clark’s Hill, and the following brothers and sisters: Burr Moore and Mrs. William Bryant, of this city; Ervin Moore, of Frankfort, and Dell and William Moore, and Mrs. Ralph Smith, of Clark’s Hill. The funeral will take place at 10 o’clock tomorrow morning from the U. B. church at Monroe. Rev. L. M. Miller, pastor of the U. B. church, of which Mr. Moore was a member will officiate.
