Word has been received by Chilton relatives of the accidental death of Leo Miller, 53, of Rice Lake. Miller, boulevard custodian in Rice Lake, died of a skull fracture Monday received in a fall from a tree.
The deceased was born in Chilton on July 22, 1896.
Survivors include his widow, Lillian, four sisters, Mrs. Chas. (Rose) Kesler of Winchester, Mrs. Fred (Josephine) Petersen of Chilton, Mrs. Armand (Mary) Lorenz of Cormel, Calif., and Mrs. John (Edna) Boll of New Holstein, and two brothers, Arthur of Milwaukee, and Oscar of Chilton.
The body will be removed to Chilton sometime Wednesday and it will lie in state at the Erbe-Hoffman Funeral home here from Wednesday evening until time of services Thursday.
Services will be held at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Orval Egbert will officiate and burial will be made in the Rockville cemetery.
