Sir Francis MILLER, who was educated at Foyle College, Londonderry, and admitted a Solicitor to High Court of Judicature Ireland 1888, was a Councillor of the
Londonderry Corporation 1897-1904, and Mayor of Londonderry 1901 and 1902, and is City Solicitor and Town Clerk of Londonderry. He lived at Aughenish, Buncrana, Co. Donegal; Member of the Constituiional Club and the Northern Counties' Club, Londonderry.
