Helen Louise McIntosh of Wickenburg died at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2 at the Del Webb Hospital in Sun City.
She was 78.
Mrs. McIntosh was born July 27, 1923 in Indiana, Pa. She was the daughter of Brady and Nettie Myers. She first married in 1942 to Mack Boughner Jr., who died in 1967. She then married in 1970 to Everette Ray McIntosh, who died in 1994.
Mrs. McIntosh came to Arizona in 1959 and lived in Wickenburg the last 40 years.
Survivors are sister Ruby Gurnee of Pennsylvania; son Donald Boughner of Elko, Nev.; daughters Carol Bailey and Debbie Boughner of Wickenburg; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents and two husbands, Mrs. McIntosh was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer and James Myers, and a sister, Charlotte Myers.
She always had a kind word and a smile for everyone. She will be missed by all her family and friends.
Graveside services for family and friends were held Tuesday (Aug. 7) at 10 a.m.
