Funeral Tuesday For Jerry Mauk
Funeral Services for Jerry Dale Mauk, 33, of Fort Worth, Texas will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Grace Memorial Chapel with Rev. R.O. Martin pastor of Kaw City United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Mauk, a native of Ponca City, died of apparent gunshot wounds Saturday night in Arkansas City.
Born July 4, 1938, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harley Mauk, he received his education here and had been a welder working in construction for many years. He had been employed at Fort Worth until three weeks ago, when he came to Tonkawa to work for Westmore, Inc.
Mauk married Marvis Rabum, July 12, 1969, at Enid. He was a member of the First Christian Church, Wellington, Kansas.
Survivors include his wife, of the home in Fort Worth, one son, Randy, and two daughters, Becky and Kathy, all of Enid, one step-son, Billy Miles and step-daughter Regina Miles, both of Fort Worth, his father, Harley Mauk, 210 South Oak and two brothers, Jim, Route 2 and Don, 1004 North Ash.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
The family will be at the home of Don Mauk, 1024 North Ash.
