Mrs. Lucille M. Lutz, 68, of 1433 N. Sixth St., Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Urbanek & Schlei Funeral Home and 11 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. William Zimmer will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Lutz, nee Lucille Peterson, was born June 9, 1909 in Thorpe, Wis., daughter of the late Oscar and Minnie Wegner Peterson. As a child she moved with her family to Manitowoc where she attended Sacred Heart School and was graduated from Lincoln High School. Mrs. Lutz was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include five sons, William and Thomas of Milwaukee, Robert and Albert of Manitowoc and Donald of Kiel; three daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Janet) Moser of Manitowoc, Mrs. Gerald (Barbara) Zipperer of Fond du Lac, and Mrs. Glenn (Patricia) Sanville of LaCrosse; a sister, Mrs. Quentin (Catherine) Pech of Manitowoc and 28 grandchildren. A brother, Harold Peterson; two sisters, Rumilda Peterson and Gladys Hollander and a granddaughter, Kim Lutz, preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek & Schlei Funeral Home, State Street Chapel, 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock this Monday evening where a prayer service will be at 7:30 o'clock.
