RAYMOND LUECKE

Raymond C. Luecke, 68, of 1204 Ahrens st., Manitowoc, died Friday at Memorial
Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Paul Methodist Church,
Manitowoc. Dr. Krist Caune will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Luecke was born July 18, 1899, at Manitowoc, son of the late Fred and Lena
Mertens Luecke. He attended local schools, was an agent for the Goodrich Transit
Co., and manager of the Triangle Oil CO. until retirement in 1963. He was a
member of the Kiwanis, Elks Lodge, United Commercial Travelers and the Men’s
Club to St. Paul Church.
He married the former Marguerite Sharp Oct. 15, 1921, at Manitowoc, and she
survives with a daughter, Mrs. Bruno Reinecke, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; a brother,
Alvin, of Sheboygan; two grandchildren, Paul and Victoria Reinecke. A brother
preceded in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and she survives
with a daughter, Mrs. Bruno Reiencke, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; a brother, Alvin,
of Sheboygan; two grandchildren, Paul and Victoria Reinecke. A brother preceded
him in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 p.m.
Sunday until 1 p.m. Monday and then at the church until time of service.
