Harold E. Luecke, 45, of 2238 S. 10th St., Manitowoc, died Thursday afternoon
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a short illness. Funeral services
will be at 1:30 pm Monday at First German Evangelical Church, the Rev. L.H.
Koeninger officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Luecke was born Feb. 24, 1921 at Manitowoc, son of Harry and Adela Vollheim
Luecke. He was graduated from First German Evangelical Church School. For the
past 23 years he worked for Manitowoc Public Utilities.
Besides his parents, Mr. Luecke is survived by a sister, Mrs. William (Jean)
Buckley of Denver and three nieces. Friends may call after 3 pm Sunday at Urbanek
and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, where the casket will remain until moved to
the church at 11 am Monday.
