Mrs. Catherine Anna Ludwig, 78, of 908 S. 18th St,. Manitowoc, died Saturday,
February 13, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 11
a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Harold Berryman will
celebrate the Mass of Resurrection and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mrs. Ludwig, nee Catherine Anna Stedl, was born Dec. 11, 1903, in Manitowoc
County, daughter of the late Lawrence and Anna Kopidlansky Stedl. She was
married to John F. Ludwig Jan. 31, 1942, at St. Boniface Catholic Church,
Manitowoc. He preceded her in death Oct. 11, 1977. She had been employed at
Globe Laundry Company, Manitowoc, retiring in 1964.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Janet and John Hlinak of Manitowoc,
a brother, James Stedl of Menchalville and nieces and nephews. Two brothers and
three sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Monday
afternoon. A prayer service will be at 7:30 p.m.
