LEABURG — A burial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 10, at Greenwood Cemetery in Leaburg for Melvin A. Larson of Leaburg, who died May 3 of age-related causes. He was 85.
He was born Sept. 14, 1924, in Roseburg to Arthur and Lula Christian Larson.
He graduated from Klamath Union High School. He served in the Army during World War II. He worked for Eugene Stud & Veneer.
