Jessie J. Jones, 88, of Moselle, died Sunday, March 30, 2008, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at Jones & Son Funeral Home in Moselle, with burial in Memory Gardens Cemetery. The Revs. David Aultman and Tommy Mangum will officiate.
A nurses' aide, she was a member of Eastabuchie Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Jones; son, Jesse "Butch" Jones; infant daughter, Janet Jones; and parents, Wiley Thomas Jones and Ida Isabella Roberts Jones.
She is survived by two daughters, Lolette Finch of Monticello and Peggy Epley of Moselle; three sons, John "Tom" Jones of Lumberton, Jerome "Jay" Jones and Lanny Jones both of Moselle; 19 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great-grandchildren.
