Although tombstone shows name as Clarkston, every document that I found stated his name was Clarkson.

Clark Dorsett, an aged and respected citizen, died at his home south of Huntsville on Friday evening, Feb. 15, 1901. He was 77 years of age. He leaves a wife and several children to mourn for him. Funeral services were held at Shiloh by Rev. Cecil, where he has been a faithful member of the M.E. church for several years.
Interment in the Huntsville cemetery.
