DIED - At the home of her son, near Franktown on Sunday, May 5, Mrs. Emelie Dietrich. The deceased was born July 17, 1841, and for many years had been a resident of Douglas county. The funeral occurred at the Franktown cemetery Monday afternoon at 2 o?clock, being in charge of H. Hackett. Death came entirely unheralded, for Mrs. Dietrich had retired in the evening in apparently her usual health. In the morning she failed to arise, and the family going to her room found that life had flown in the night. Apoplexy was the probable cause of death.
