Mr. Bowman, who came here three months ago from Bakersfield, Calif., was born in Taswell (Tazewell), Va. He had been in ill health for several years and was admitted to the hospital on Friday. He is survived aby his wife, Clevia, of Wickenburg; a son and four daughter.
