OBITUARY: Age 76 of Lincoln, died Saturday, January 4,2003 at his home. He was born June10,1926 in Winterset, IA. Married to Gianna Guseppina Basso on November 21,1949 in Free Territory of Trieste. He served in the US Army during WWII from 1946-52 as a Staff Sargent,MP, and driver for General Hoage, Moore, and Seibrig. Worked as a crane operator for the Capital Bridge. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.
VISITATION: Visitation will be from 2-8 PM Tuesday and 9-11:30 AM Wednesday at WYUKA Funeral Home Chapel, 3600 "O" St. Lincoln, NE, and one hour before the service at the church.
SERVICE: Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 8,2003 at Christ Lutheran Church, 43rd & Sumner.
FAMILY: He is survived by his wife Gianna of Lincoln, Daughter and son-in-law, Carla and Bill McArtor of Lincoln. Son and Daughter-in-law Larry & Cindy Berry of Uehling,NE, 8 Granchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, and Sister, Barb Faux of Winterset, IA.
CEMETERY: Interment at WYUKA Cemetery.
