Mrs. Jacob Bare
On Saturday afternoon, at about two o'clock, Mrs. Susie Bare, of No. 7 North Walnut street, passed away after an illness of some length, in the 51st year of her age. The deceased whose maiden name was McCullough, was a native of Maryland, but has resided here for a considerable number of years. She is survived by her husband, Jacob Bare, and three sons. A daughter died some time since. There are also one brother and three sisters, Cecil, of Oxford; Mrs. Ida Marr, Elizabeth, N.J.; Mrs. Lulu Devonshire, West Chester; Mrs. Mary Campbell, Chester. Mrs. Bare was a consistent member of the Methodist Episcopal Church, and also was a member of the Suez Temple, Order of Egyptians, and the Daughters of Liberty. She leaves a number of warm friends besides a sorrowing family. the deceased was a faithful wife and good mother.

Relatives and friends of the family, Daughters of Liberty; Suez Temple, No. 5, B.O.E.; Kreemer Bible Class, Ladies' Auxiliary of Bernhard Schlegel Post, are invited to attend the funeral without further notice from her late residence, No. 7, North Walnut St., on Tuesday, Dec. 13. Meet at the house at 2 o'clock p.m. Interment at Greenmount at 2 p.m. Interment at Greenmount Cemetery. Remains can be seen Monday evening.
