Ursula is survived by her Mother: Sadie Alsenay; Daughters: Novalene Goklish, Sharon Canyon, Ericka Massey; Sons: Kermit Alsenay, Anthony Canyon Jr.; Sons-in-law: Wayne Goklish, Robert Massey; Daughter-in-law: Stephanie Alsenay; Grandchildren: Warren Goklish, Precious Goklish, Summer Goklish, Angelo Alsenay, Sherron Alsenay, Loveanaya Alsenay, Shinasha Bedoni; Brother: Ulysses Alsenay; Sisters: Eula Alsenay, Thomacita Padilla, Lenora Tessay, Lucinda Morton; Uncles: Jerry Alsenay, Ronald Alsenay; Aunts: Linda Mae Chavez, June Armstrong, Thana Sinquash, Glorianna Alsenay; 13 nephews, 9 nieces; many relatives and friends.

Ursula's body will be brought back to her residence 825 S. Dark Shadow Ave in Whiteriver, AZ for a one night awake on Friday, Saturday, March 9, 2012 at 10:00 AM. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the Whiteriver Assembly of God Church in Whiteriver, AZ with Rev. Buster Beatty officiating.
Interment will be at the Whiteriver Cemetery in Whiteriver, AZ
