SOUTH AMERST- Funeral services for Peter Amenhauser, 58, of 172 East Main St. will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Emmerich Funeral Home. The Rev. Laymon J. Brooks, pastor of the South Amherst Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mr. Amenhauser died yesterday morning (May 17, 1962) in Amherst Hospital where he was a patient for 15 weeks. He was born Nov. 28, 1903, in Germany and came to Oberlin at the age of 3. He had lived in South Amherst 32 years and was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors are his wife, Dorothy; three sisters, Miss Helen Amenhauser, Oberlin, Mrs. Chrstistina Kelsy, Dallas TX and seven brothers, Henry of Amherst, John of Cleveland, Louis and Nelson, both of Oberlin, Harvey of South Amherst, Walter of Palm Springs, Calif., and Oscar of Brecksville.

Friends will be received in the funeral home.
