Mary Alice Hostetler, daughter of Eli and Saloma Zook. Died at her home in Yorktown, Henry Co., IL., on Dec. 30, 1944. Born Jan. 1, 1872; in Champaign Co., Ohio. She married, Levi C. Hostetler on Dec. 28, 1890. Mary gave her heart to God in her early life and united with the Sycamore Grove Amish Mennonite Church of Cass Co., Missouri. They moved to Pryor, Okla., in 1910 to Shelbyville, IL., in 1911 and to their present location in 1938. Levi was ordained to the ministry years ago, and she was a great help to him in his labors.
