Ann Carol Baker, 28, of Coal Street, Glen Lyon, Newport Township, died Monday morning. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Dec. 27, 1963, she was the daughter of Henry and Louise M. Kowallic Zimmerman. She was educated in Wilkes-Barre schools. She was a 1982 graduate of Coughlin High School. She and her husband, Frederick Sr., celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in February. She was preceded in death by her son, Frederick Jr., in 1983. Surviving, in addition to her parents and husband, are a son, Robert, at home; brothers, Joseph, Harding; Eugene, Wilkes-Barre; Hank, Plymouth; sister, Mrs. Linda Marks, Wilkes-Barre; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday from the Edwards and Russin Funeral Home, 717 Main St., Edwardsville, wit the Rev. James A. Cara, pastor of Bennett Presbyterian Church, Luzerne, officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Shrine Burial Park, Carverton. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
