Mrs. Frank Thomas Jr.

Mrs. Frank Thomas Jr., 59, Sioux City, died Thursday morning (Nov. 15,1973) at a Sioux City hospital after a short illness.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Morningside Assembly of God church. Rev. B. L. Hoferman will officiate and burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery under direction of the W. Harry Christy Morningside funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Robert and Marvin Dreezen and Edward, William, James and Ronald Zellers.

Mrs. Thomas, the former Leone B. Zellers, was born March 5, 1914, at Merrill. She married April 14, 1934, at Sioux City and had resided there since. She was a past president of the African Violet society, a charter member of Morningside Assembly of God church and was a member of the church's Women's Missionary council. She was a Sunday school teacher and a church pianist.

Survivors are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. James (Ellen Jean) Hunter and Mrs. H. E. (Jeanette) Christman, both of Sioux City; a son, John D., of Oron, Me.; two sisters, Mrs. Blanche Darling of Sioux City and Mrs. Alan (Ada) Eichorn of Omaha; a brother, Willard Zellers of Sioux City; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
