ILLNESS IS FATAL TO MRS. COLLINS

Local Resident Dies At Major Hospital

Ill for the past 10 days, Mrs. Margaret [Zeigler] Collins, widow of Melven Collins, died at 10:25 o'clock this morning at the Major Hospital. Mrs. Collins, whose home was at 309 Center St., was 73 years of age.
Funeral rites will be conducted Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. in the Murphy Funeral Home, with Rev. Clement Zepf, pastor of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will be in the St. Joseph cemetery.
Mrs. Collins, who was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church and of the St. Ann's Altar Society, is survived by six children. They are Emerson Collins, of Connersville; Miss Kathleen Collins, at home; Mrs. William Goebel, of Shelbyville; Mrs. Jack Elkins of near this city; Mrs. Bernard Hayworth of Terre Haute and Paul Collins of Shelbyville.
