Mrs. Barton had worked at waste management, Sash & Storm and Barry's Home Improvement. She loved her family, especially all of her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing on the computer and chatting with her friends. She fought a courageous battle with cancer and will always be remembered as a fighter.
Survivors also include two sons, Dustin (Kellie) Bush and A.J. (Heidi) Pope, both of Lima; three stepdaughters, Belinda (David Hunter) Barton, of Amelia, Teresa (Kenny) Spurlock, of Hamilton, and Leslie (Adam) Gootee, of Spencerville; 11 grandchildren, Caiden, Kamren, Dalanie, JoJo, Kayla, D.J., Chris, Leslie, Sammy, Tyra and Luke; a brother, George (Deborah) Youtsey, of Wapakoneta; five sisters, Linda Willingham, of Van Wert, Patty (Rodney) Pulfer, of Convoy, Connie (Terry) Huffman, of Arlington, and Cindy Niese and Robin Klapp, both of Lima.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Stewart J. Williams; her mother- and father-in-law, Darkas and John Samuel Barton; and a brother-in-law, DeWayne Willingham.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. Terry Brock will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery
