Henry H. "Harry" Young , 72, of 33 New York Ave., an electrician, died last night at the Hebert Nursing Home, Smithfield. He was the husband of Rita M. (Burke) Young .

Born in Attleboro, a son of the late Grover C. and Mary A. (McQuade) Young , he lived in Cumberland for 43 years.

Mr. Young had worked at the Rhode Island Medical Center, Cranston, from 1970 to 1978. Earlier, he worked for various contractors in the Attleboros.

Besides his wife he leaves a son, Paul J. Young of Cumberland; four brothers, Bernard J. Young of Ocala, Fla., Melvin J. and Grover C. Young , both of Attleboro, Paul L. Young of Chartley, Mass., and three grandsons.

The funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from the J.J. Duffy Funeral Home, 292 Broad St., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Aidan's Church, Colonial Avenue. Burial will be in Arnold Mills Cemetery.
