Mrs. Burr was born in Ohio Jan. 11, 1844, and was married Aug. 1, 1860. The following year she came to Illinois. She was a member of the M. E. church.
She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. J. R. Dexheimer, and seven grandchildren, residing at South Fifth street; one step-daughter, Mrs. C. L. Loomis; three children residing at West Cook street; and one brother, G. W. Young, also of this city.
Funeral at the family residence. Interment in Oak Ridge cemetery.
