George J. Young died Sunday Feb. 20, in Philadelphia, after a long illness. Mr. Young was 63 years old. He had been spending the winter with his daughter Mrs. Walter Davey of Philadelphia.
For many years Mr. Young was employed at Mohonk Lake and he was well known throughout this locality.
He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Mrs. John Goddard of California and Mrs. Walter Davey of Philadelphia.
Services conducted by Lodge No. 10, F. & A. M., of Kingston were held at the New Paltz Cemetery Wednesday at 2 P.M.
Mr. Young was a member of Kingston Lodge, No. 10, F. & A. M., Mt. Horeb Chapter, No. 75, and Rondout Commandery, No. 51, Knights Templar.
