Maria married Timothy Brannen/Brannan about 1790. She was the mother of thirteen children: Abraham, Daniel, Mary, Henry, Jacob, Sarah, John, Simon, twins Gertude Jane and Cornelius Dubois, Eliza Catharine, Margaret Magdaline and Rebecca Dubois. Her husband Timothy preceded her in death. She was laid to rest in the Friends' Ground in Butterville.
