She was Elizabeth "Lizzie" (Calhoun) York born in Kentucky a daughter of Jack and Susan (Owens)Calhoun. She married William York in Kentucky and moved to Ill. with him and his brother Killis York.
She was a sister to George Washington Calhoun who married Uncle Bud's sister Clotha York. So their kids were double cousins.
