"Arthur Yeisley returned from his service in WW I as a sickly man. Exposed to mustard gas, he was always short of breath and never regained his health. As a child, he attended Girard College in Philadelphia. Since his father died when Arthur was only 13, Arthur was considered an orphan and received complimentary tuition, room, and board. (per Judith Haftl Noyalas on 9/5/10)"
