Ida Ruth Miller, 98, Roann, died at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 1991,at Wabash Health Care Center. She was born on Nov. 7, 1892, in Miami County to Jonathan T. and Elizabeth C. Clingaman Yarian.
Mrs. Miller married Russell Miller on Feb. 5, 1916. He died April 4, 1944.
She was a cook at Linn's Restaurant in Roann, and cooked for many years at Laketon High School. She was a member of the Niconza Baptist Church; Missionary Society of the church, and Stitch and Chatter Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Helen Hudson, Route 1, Roann; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Three brothers and a sister are deceased.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Home, Roann, with the Rev. Gene Schwenk and Dr. Orrian Van Loon officiating.
Burial will be in the Roann Community Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
