GEORGE JOHANEK
George Yohanek, 81, formerly of 513 N. Seventh St,. Manitowoc, died Friday
evening at Fair Hill Nursing Home, Maribel.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home, Manitowoc, the Rev. Ortwin Hanson officiating. Burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Yohanek was born March 13, 1881(sic), son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John
Yohanek. In 1913, he married Nora Musgrade, and the couple resided at Kellners-
ville, then moved to Manitowoc.
Survivors include four sons, Edward, Joseph and Charles of Manitowoc and
George Jr., of Memphis, Tenn.; three daughters, Mrs. John Reininger and Mrs.
Paul Lerche of Manitowoc and Mrs. Frank St. Martin of Milwaukee; a sister, Mrs.
Margaret Zeman of Manitowoc, 16 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
His wife preceded him in death in 1929.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. Friday at the Ninth street entrance of Urbanek
and Schlei Funeral Home.
