Frances Ann "Fannie" was born January 4, 1872 to John Franklin Wyatt and his wife Mary E. (Wilson).

The full siblings of Fannie included: William Benjamin (1873-1948), Hattie Elizabeth (1875-1953), Robert Lee (1877-1942, Edward Compton (1880-1948), Ada Belle (1883-1907), and Altha May (1885-1977). Her half siblings were: John Franklin Wyatt, Jr (1888-1903) and Eppie Carolyn Wyatt (1890-1957).

She married James B. Hunter in Smith County, Tennessee on May 16, 1891. Together their children included: Altha (1892), Vallie (1893), John (1897), Lena (1901-1982), Raymond (1906-1973), Ruby M (1906), Harry (1909), and Carl D (1914).

Fannie passed away at the age of 52, on January 16, 1924 of a cerebral hemorrhage in Smith County, Tennessee. She was buried January 17 in Wyatt Cemetery in Chestnut Mound, Smith, Tennessee.
