Mr. Wuerstle was born Sept. 15, 1914 in Olean and had lived most of his life in Dunkirk. He was a partner in Wuerstle's restaurant at 313 Main street.
Mr. Wuerstle was a member of Sacred Heart church, Dunkirk Hose Company No 1, the Dunkirk Exempt Firemen's association, Bluch Landoff tent of Circus Saints and Sinners,Elks club, Dunkirk club, Dunkirk Memorial Post 62 American Legion, U.S. Coast Guard Flotilla 3-2, and was a veteran of World War II.
Survived by an aunt and uncle and several nieces and nephews.
