Wortham (nee Bornhauser); loving father of Sandra (Tom) Vaccaro, Thomas (Sharon) Wortham and the late Susan (survived by Jon) Bettale; cherished grandfather of Patrick C. (K.C.) Vaccaro, Elizabeth (Todd) DeGrand, Thomas Jr. (Marsha) Wortham, Pamela (Andrew) Haemker, Jennifer (Jon) Spencer, Michael, Jordan and Alison Bettale; great-grandfather of Tristan, Isabel, Thomas III, Charles, August and Scout; our dearest relative and friend to many. Charles was proud of his service in the U.S. Marine Corp. 3rd Division as a radio operator and was a point man in the landing at Iwo Jima. He was a retired superintendent with Laclede Gas Co. for over 42 years. Services: Funeral Services and interment at J.B. National Cemetery were held in private. Memo rials to American Cancer Society appreciated.
