"DEATH CLAIMS PETER WORRELL
Peter Worrell, 92, retired farmer, died about 1:15 p.m. Monday at his home, 1213 Fifth avenue east.
Born April 19, 1863 in Mercer county, Virginia, the 10th child in a family of 14, he moved with his parents at the age of 7 to Missouri. When he was 19 he moved to Iowa and married Pairlee Eliza Bonham in 1889. In 1895 they homesteaded in a sod house on the Cheyenne Arapaho Indian reservation in Oklahoma while htere were still Indian uprisings.
In 1914 they moved to Murtaugh where they lived until 1946 when they moved to Twin Falls.
Besides his widow, Worrell is survived by one daughter, Blanche Worrell, Twin Falls; three sons, Ralph Worrell, Aberdeen; Earl Worrell, Washington, and Charles Worrell, Twin Falls, and seven grandchildren.
Funeral servcies will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Reynolds funeral home by Duane Perkins, Murtaugh, and Floyd Morrison. Final rites will be held in Sunset Memorial Park."
