Born in Port Huron, Mich., Mrs. Frank had been a Portland are resident most of her life. For many years she scheduled the work of Century Club volunteers at the West Slope Library. She was a member of St. John Episcopal Cathedral, the Irvington Women's Club, Alameda 20 Club and Portland Golf Club.
Mrs. Frank is survived by a daughter, Charlotte Randall of Portland, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in the River View Abbey Cemetery mausoleum.
