On July 6, 1945, Nancy married Everette Weiseman in Salisbury, MO, and he preceded her in death on April 16, 1946. Nancy later married James W. Bowen on March 15, 1953 in Harrison, Arkansas, and he preceded her in death on March 22, 1994.
Mrs. Bowen was a lifelong area resident. Nancy graduated from Keytesville High School class of 1943. She was a homemaker, worked as a clerk for Hawkins Grocery Store and was a babysitter for all her grandchildren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Salisbury.
Nancy is survived by three daughters Shirley Day and husband Raymond of Glasgow, MO; Susan Baxley and husband Larry of Salisbury; Sally Bowen of Moberly, MO; a sister Anna Calvert and husband Gerald J. of Keytesville; six grandchildren Larry Day, Brenda Uthlaut, Mindy Day, Nicole Winkler, Lindsay Baxley; step-grandson Trevan Baxley; four great-grandchildren Joshua Day, Tevin Uthlaut, Lexie Uthlaut, Andrew Day, and a step-great-granddaughter Miriar Baxley; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, a daughter Margaret Delores Bowen on May 6, 1957, three brothers Alfred, George, and James Woolridge.
Graveside services were March 15th at the Salisbury City Cemetery.
